We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with strong hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-availability database systems that support business-critical applications. You will work closely with development and DevOps teams to ensure optimal performance, data security, and reliability across all database environments.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases across development, staging, and production environments.
Manage database performance tuning, optimization, indexing, capacity planning, and replication.
Implement and monitor backup, recovery, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.

Troubleshoot database issues related to performance, connectivity, queries, and data integrity.

Automate operational tasks using scripts (Shell/Python) and optimize database processes.
Manage and monitor database security including roles, access control, authentication, and encryption.
Work with cross-functional teams to support deployments, data migrations, upgrades, and scaling.
Proactively monitor performance metrics, logs, and alerts to maintain system health and uptime.
Prepare documentation for database architecture, processes, and standard operating procedures.
