Ops Sup Sr Manager

As a Ops Sup Sr. Manager at Citi, your role involves managing a team in order to provide operations support services in coordination with the Operations - Core team. Your main responsibility is to ensure the seamless delivery of operations support services in alignment with Citi's operations support infrastructure and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage professional teams and departments by delegating tasks and responsibilities - Conduct performance evaluations, compensations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and terminations of team members - Monitor the team's quality and efficiency of end results, and manage all training and development needs of assigned personnel - Create and develop budget, policy formation, and short-term resource planning - Manage occasionally complex and varied issues with significant departmental impact - Apply in-depth knowledge of how areas integrate within the sub function and contribute to the goals of the entire function - Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations - Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards - Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy - Act as subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members - Ability to manage teams and assess risk when making business decisions Qualifications: - Team player, detail-oriented, leadership skills, critical thinker - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes - Proven organization and time management skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master's degree preferred Shift Timings: - Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts including late-night shift start timings - Flexibility for any shift timing (rotation shifts, permanent night shifts, and late-night shifts) - Weekend working may be required as per business needs This job description provides a high-level overview of the work performed.
