Ops Specialist

As a LIAM Operations Engineer at our organization, your role will involve supporting, managing, and optimizing our Identity & Access Management (IAM) infrastructure, with a specific focus on the One Identity Manager (1IM) platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Administering and operating One Identity Manager and integrated IAM services - Managing cloud and on-prem IAM infrastructure environments - Onboarding Allianz business entities into the centralized IAM platform - Monitoring and analyzing IAM platform performance, bugs, and release-related issues - Ensuring smooth integration of identities and applications within IAM systems - Supporting project teams during release, testing, and operational handovers - Handling incidents, problems, and changes as per ITIL practices - Maintaining and updating IAM process documentation and SOPs - Collaborating with global teams and using tools like JIRA for issue tracking To be successful in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of experience in IAM operations and support (preferably with One Identity) - Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline - Strong knowledge of Active Directory (multi-forest), Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL Server, and networking concepts - Hands-on experience with IAM support and operational procedures - Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes Preferred skills and certifications include: - Certifications in security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) - Cloud knowledge and certifications in Azure or AWS - Microsoft certifications in infrastructure/cloud administration - Exposure to Agile methodologies and global IT operations Key attributes we are looking for in a candidate include: - Proactive approach to operational stability and incident prevention - Strong understanding of identity governance, compliance, and risk - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Clear communicator with strong documentation and troubleshooting skills Joining us will offer you the opportunity to work on one of the most critical and secure enterprise platforms, be part of a high-impact IAM team serving a global organization, grow in a fast-evolving cybersecurity domain, and enjoy competitive compensation in a collaborative work environment.,
