We are looking for an operation Manager in facility Industry...

Experience: 5+ Yrs

Salary: UP TO 50K

Location: Sector 74, Gurgaon

Core responsibilities:

Daily operations' oversight: Manage the day-to-day functions to ensure the facility operates smoothly and efficiently.
Staff and vendor management: Supervise facility staff, delegate tasks, and manage relationships with external vendors for services like cleaning, landscaping, and repairs.
Budget and finance: Develop and manage facility maintenance budgets, handle vendor payments, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-efficiency.
Maintenance and equipment: Coordinate and manage maintenance activities, develop maintenance schedules for key building systems (like HVAC), and ensure equipment is reliable and properly maintained.
Health, safety, and compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct audits, and implement security and risk-mitigation measures.
Inspections and reporting: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure facility standards are met, and maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Strategic planning: Contribute to strategic planning and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
