Job Summary:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a smart, confident, and highly presentable female

professional with 510 years of experience in corporate event

management including branding and brand positioning. The ideal

candidate will play a key role in managing high-impact corporate

events and engagements thereby strengthening the companys

brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Event Management

• Branding & Brand Positioning

- Strengthen brand positioning across all corporate

communication channels.

- Create and manage brand guidelines, ensuring consistent

representation across platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to

develop impactful brand campaigns.

- Conduct market research to identify brand opportunities

and competitive insights.

• Event Management

- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events such as

conferences, seminars, client meetings, launches, and

internal engagements.

- Coordinate end-to-end logistics including venue, vendor

management, production, branding setups, and hospitality.

- Handle high-profile guests, corporate leaders, clients, and

VIP attendees with professionalism and grace.

- Prepare event briefs, guest lists, itineraries, and internal

communication documents.

- Ensure seamless on-ground event execution and resolve

issues efficiently.

• Brand Communication

- Represent the organization with strong communication,

etiquette, and interpersonal skills.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders, partners, agencies, and

senior management effectively.

- Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s tone, quality,

and standards.

Requirements:

- Female candidate with 5–10 years of proven experience in

branding, brand management, or corporate event

management.

- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and

corporate communication.

- Smart, confident, polished, and highly presentable

personality.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under

pressure, especially during large events.

- Professional attitude with the ability to interact with senior

leaders and VIP guests.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Branding, Mass Communication, Event

Management, or related fields.

- Experience working in corporate environments or with

senior management.

- Strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to

branding.
