Job Title: Sr. Production & Quality Manager
Minimum Education Required: Diploma / BE in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum Job Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Production / Quality in an Engineering company (Preferably in Auto Component Engineering)Job Responsibilities: Create and manage the production schedule Oversee overall management of the shop floor Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Achieve Production & Quality targets Develop and implement quality assurance policies & procedures Conduct layered audits Maintain overall OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of the plant Train new employees and upgrade skills of existing staff Schedule regular maintenance of equipment Modify plant production to meet special customer requirementsSkills, Knowledge & Qualifications Required: Statistical and quality assurance skills Knowledge of quality standards (QMS & IATF) Strong organizational and time management skills Problem-solving ability Proficiency in SolidWorks and advanced Excel Experience in manufacturing, production processes, and engineering principles Skilled in writing and enforcing SOPs
