Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop test strategies and test plans for complex software projects.
Identify the gaps/bugs in the product functionality based on product understanding which might not be stated explicitly in the requirements.
Development and execution of automated tests, and continuously maintaining automated test cases as required.
Design and implement detailed test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
Coordinate and prioritize testing activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality test results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the overall quality of the software product.
Load Testing experience will be an added advantage
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies, incorporating best practices into our testing processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
ISTQB certification will be an added advantage

5 to 8 years of experience as functional QA, with a proven track record of delivering high- quality test results.

Critical and analytical thinking and ability to perform hands-on manual testing in an Agile development framework
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Experience leading testing efforts for complex software projects, including the development of test strategies and test plans.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
