Job Summary:

Senior Client Servicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand objectives, event requirements, and expectations.

• Event Planning & Execution:

   Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events including conferences, product launches, brand activations, seminars, and roadshows.

• Coordination & Communication:

   Serve as the primary liaison between clients, creative teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity, timely delivery, and quality of execution.

• Proposal & Budgeting:

   Prepare detailed proposals, event concepts, and quotations aligned with client briefs and budget constraints.

• On-ground Management:

   Supervise on-site activities during events, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.

• Post-Event Analysis:

   Conduct post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

• Brand Representation:

   Ensure that all events align with the clients brand image and marketing goals.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in client servicing or account management in an experiential marketing or event management agency.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of event logistics, vendor management, and budgeting.
• Creative mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools would be appreciated.

• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
