Job Description

Hiring: L3 Network Engineer (Network Operations Lead)

L3 Network Engineer

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support
Cisco ACI (Multi-Pod / Multi-Site)
environments
Manage
Routing & Switching
(BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP) on Cisco, Palo Alto & Citrix platforms
Configure and optimize
Cisco & Palo Alto Firewalls
Deploy and manage Citrix/F5 Load Balancers
Configure and support Cisco AAA servers
Act as final escalation point (L2/L3), owning incidents through resolution
Troubleshoot underlay and overlay traffic flows
Provide technical leadership and mentorship
Participate in rotational shifts and 24/7 on-call
support

🧠 Required Skills

Strong expertise in
Cisco ACI, SDx, IOS & NX-OS
Hands-on experience with NGFWs & Palo Alto
In-depth knowledge of Citrix Load Balancers
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
Working knowledge of ITIL / Service Management

🎓 Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech / MCA / MSc / MCS
(Govt. of India–recognized institute)
8+ years
of relevant experience (Govt./PSU/BFSI/MNC/Enterprise)
Mandatory OEM network certification
Preferred: CCNP / CCIE / PCNSE / CISSP
