Own the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion, ensuring smooth transition through the sales process. Coordinate with technical pre-sales teams to understand the requirement. Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and follow-ups. Negotiate deals and close sales, meet & exceed sales targets. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry (Knowledge of IT infrastructure, SaaS, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity solutions).
Experience selling to SMBs or Enterprise clients in the tech space.
Knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Confident in cold calling and handling customer issues/concerns.
