Operator/Technician- Water System & HVAC @ Amneal Pharma Ahmedabad

Role & responsibilities

Water System (RO/DM Plant Operator)

• System Operation: Operate and monitor the O & DM treatment system to ensure the efficient production of purified water
• Process Control: Control and adjust various parameters, such as flow rates, pressure, and chemical dosages, to maintain the desired water quality
• Water Analysis: Conduct regular water quality tests and analysis to ensure that the water meets specific purity standards and requirements
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, changing consumable parts, and repairing or replacing equipment as needed
• Chemical Treatment: Add chemicals and agents as required to control corrosion, scaling, and biological growth within the water treatment system
• Troubleshooting: Identify and address operational issues, system malfunctions, and deviations from water quality standards
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including handling chemicals and maintaining a safe working environment
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of water quality measurements, system operations, maintenance tasks, and any issues encountered

HVAC (Operator/Technician)

• To operate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly and effectively
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and make adjustments as needed
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their HVAC systems
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC technology and industry trends
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing HVAC work.
