Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Trainer based on-site in New Delhi. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, conducting engaging training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. Additional tasks include supporting employee onboarding, identifying development needs, and maintaining training records. Collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals will also be required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in training methodologies, instructional design, and curriculum development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in evaluating training program effectiveness and documentation
• Ability to identify employee development needs and create customized learning solutions
• Proven experience in guiding and mentoring individuals or teams
• Computer literacy and familiarity with training technologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience working as a corporate trainer or in a similar role is an advantage
