Operations Team Member-WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)-Trade Finance Operations

As an Operations Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our trade finance operations. Your responsibilities will include processing and managing trade finance transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance our overall operational efficiency.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in trade finance operations or a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of trade finance products and processes, including letters of credit and guarantees.


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.


• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
