Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for transaction processing and settlement of investments in Bonds, Commercial Paper, and Certificate of Deposits. Your duties will also include regulatory reporting, MIS preparation, and submissions for borrowing, lending, and investments. Additionally, you will verify and settle equity trades, track dividends, and handle accounting tasks. Processing and settling PTC and SR transactions will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Transaction processing and settlement of investments in Bonds, Commercial Paper, and Certificate of Deposits - Regulatory reporting and MIS preparation - Submission for borrowing, lending, and investments - Verification and settlement of equity trades - Tracking dividends and handling accounting tasks - Processing and settling PTC and SR transactions - Timely reporting of various MIS to internal stakeholders - Tracking funds flow to RTGS teams - Processing, settlement, and documentation of borrowing and lending trades such as Refinance, IBPC, RIDF Deposits, and BRDS - Handling equity processing tasks including IPO and secondary market transactions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Previous experience in transaction processing and settlement - Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Excellent communication and organizational skills In addition to the responsibilities outlined, you may also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.,
