Operations Supervisor

As a Freight Operations Supervisor at NPOWA Solutions, based in Mangalore, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the freight team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate processing of freight and shipping activities, optimizing logistics processes, and collaborating with clients to align operations with their standards and requirements. Your strong background in freight forwarding and logistics management will be instrumental in addressing and resolving any issues related to freight operations and team performance. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the freight team. - Ensure timely and accurate processing of freight and shipping activities. - Oversee and optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency. - Collaborate with clients to align operations with their standards and requirements. - Address and resolve any issues related to freight operations and team performance. Qualifications: - Proven experience in freight forwarding and logistics management. - In-depth knowledge and experience with operations in Dubai or Saudi Arabia. - Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
