Role Description The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams to streamline processes, supervising staff, analyzing operational data for optimization, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhidham, requiring active involvement and leadership at the operational level. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage teams Experience in Operations and Operations Management to ensure the smooth execution of processes Advanced Analytical Skills to assess and optimize workflows and drive operational efficiency Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred Experience in marine energy or bunkering operations is a plus
