Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations and Facilities Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our operations and facilities team. This role is crucial in ensuring our office environments are well-maintained, efficient, and supportive of our team's productivity. You will be the point person for all facilities-related tasks, vendor management, and interdepartmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all office locations. This includes managing repairs, coordinating with cleaning staff, and ensuring the workplace is a safe and functional environment.
  • Operational Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for operational tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. This includes negotiating contracts, scheduling services, and ensuring timely payments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the company to understand their needs and provide timely support.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance, expenses, and operational activities. Provide regular reports to management on facilities and operations status.
  • Travel: Travel to various office locations and meet with vendors as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in operations or facilities management.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Konkani, Hindi, and English.
  • A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Goa.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be an immediate joiner or available to start within 15 days.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position located in Porvorim, Goa.

Work Schedule

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
