Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing standard operations support for numerous products across multiple lines of business. Key responsibilities include providing quality service and support to business partners and customers. Job expectations include delivering on daily assigned tasks according to established procedures and prescribed processes under general supervision, referring more complex problems and transactions for guidance and resolution.

Responsibilities:. Ensures transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner
. Provides operational support for one or more activities within the lifecycle of a trade, including trade processing, trade settlement, accounting and reconciliation, lifecycle events, and collateral management. Conducts daily monitoring of client trading activity across multiple markets. Performs tasks with accuracy during high volume periods in a team environment
