Job Description

As a Program Manager at our company, your role will involve overseeing and driving the successful delivery of background verification programs for our clients. You will need to be highly organized, a strategic thinker, and possess excellent project management skills to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives effectively. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of client-specific background verification programs. - Developing and implementing strategies for efficient project execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. - Identifying key project risks, mitigating them, and ensuring timely, within budget program delivery. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services. - Continuously evaluating workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and standardizing best practices across different client programs and regions. - Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies, staying updated with industry best practices, and managing risks related to data security and client confidentiality. - Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for program success, providing regular reporting to senior management, and conducting post-project reviews for continuous improvement. Qualifications and Functional Skills required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, preferably in a background verification, HR, or compliance-related industry. - Proven track record of managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams. - Experience in client-facing roles with effective relationship management and negotiation skills. - Education: Graduate/ PG from Tier1/2 (in tech or MBA) preferred. - Skills & Competencies: Strong project management skills, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize, problem-solving skills, knowledge of background verification processes, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. - Proficiency in project management tools, experience with automation tools in background verification processes, knowledge of data privacy laws, and experience in the background check industry or HR tech is a strong plus.,
