Operations & Production Lead

You will be joining Fittora, a luxury fashion brand under the umbrella of Alkye and launched through sister brand Bond Styling. Fittora is revolutionizing global luxury fashion by combining AI-powered intelligence with top-notch artisanal craftsmanship. As the Operations Lead, you will play a vital role in enhancing our production, quality, and client delivery standards. **Role Overview:** You are not just a manager but a skilled leader who can provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support whenever necessary. Your responsibilities will include overseeing production, maintaining quality standards, managing creative handovers, coordinating tech operations, handling logistics, and nurturing a positive team culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Production & Quality:** - Supervise daily operations such as measurements, tailoring, fittings, and quality checks. - Lead and oversee tailors, pattern masters, and finishing teams with a hands-on approach. - Ensure all garments meet international luxury craftsmanship benchmarks. - Manage the fabric library and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for high-quality materials and improved delivery timelines. - Be ready to step in and assist with core production tasks as needed. - **Creative Operations & Private Styling Support:** - Possess in-depth knowledge of Western luxury silhouettes, garment construction, body proportions, and cuts. - Collaborate with stylists to create detailed internal handover packages for each client. - Manage the entire production process from intake to final delivery, ensuring timely completion. - **Tech Coordination:** - Ensure smooth operation of tech tools, internal systems, and customer platforms for seamless operations and client interactions. - Supervise India-based developers, report bugs, ensure quick resolutions, and maintain workflow continuity. - Proactively address technical issues to prevent delays in global delivery processes. - **Logistics & Customer Delivery:** - Oversee dry cleaning, pressing, packaging, and pre-dispatch procedures. - Manage dispatch workflows, conduct final quality checks before shipping garments. - Coordinate global shipping to ensure accurate, timely, and premium-order deliveries. - **Team Culture & Leadership:** - Cultivate a fast-paced, quality-focused culture aligned with global standards. - Train and mentor young talent, nurturing them into high-performing individuals. - Establish scalable, process-driven workflows to support brand growth. - Foster collaboration, discipline, and celebrate achievements within the team. **Who You Are:** - Process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail. - Capable of balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement. - Enthusiastic about luxury fashion, maintaining production excellence, and upholding global standards. - Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment. - A strong communicator who excels in cross-functional collaboration.,
