Key Responsibilities

  • Address delivery delays, order concerns, and other post-purchase issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate call records and update internal systems with customer feedback and resolutions.
  • Follow up consistently to ensure timely closures and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to improving post-purchase processes through feedback and proactive communication.
