The Operations & Merchandising Manager role entails the pivotal responsibility of overseeing the complete spectrum of retail operations, backend processes, and merchandising strategies. Additionally, this role plays a critical part in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and social media outreach. The incumbent ensures that operations are aligned with business objectives, focuses on stock optimization, maintains visual brand consistency, and fosters customer engagement through integrated merchandising and marketing endeavors. Key Responsibilities: Retail & Operations Management: - Supervise day-to-day retail operations to ensure seamless efficiency. - Uphold optimal stock levels through effective inventory control and replenishment strategies. - Collaborate with various teams (sales, marketing, finance) to synchronize operational objectives with broader business goals. Merchandising & Brand Strategy: - Develop and implement merchandising plans that elevate product visibility and customer engagement. - Utilize market trends and consumer insights to guide product assortment and presentation. - Work in tandem with the marketing team to align visual merchandising with campaign rollouts. Marketing & Campaign Planning: - Strategize, organize, and execute marketing campaigns in alignment with the brand's ethos and business objectives. - Oversee social media outreach strategies, content calendars, and collaborations with influencers. - Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Inventory & Data Management: - Monitor and manage inventory levels, turnover rates, and product flow. - Conduct sales and performance analyses to identify growth opportunities and enhance operational efficiency. - Implement corrective actions based on key performance data and inventory metrics. Leadership & Team Development: - Lead and guide backend and support teams to deliver exceptional operational standards. - Train, mentor, and inspire staff to embody company values and uphold service excellence. - Regularly evaluate team performance, offer constructive feedback, and provide necessary support. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, or inventory management. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and performance reporting. - Knowledge of retail systems, inventory control software, and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Demonstrated experience in marketing coordination or campaign planning. Preferred Skills: - Background in fashion, lifestyle, or design-oriented industries. - Familiarity with POS and ERP systems. - Passion for fashion with a deep understanding of brand identity, visual merchandising, and digital marketing.,
