Operations Manager/Voice Process/BPO

As an Operations Manager at our leading BPO in Bengaluru, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our International Voice Process. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, you must have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and must be familiar with working in an International BPO environment. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing and maintaining Client Service Level Agreements, maximizing revenue generation, and managing a team of direct reports and their associates. It will be essential for you to possess a strong understanding of Operations Matrices and be able to interpret and act on operational reports effectively. You will be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with our client partners, ensuring consistent adherence to company policies and standards. Providing leadership and guidance to your team members, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement will be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1+ year of experience as an Operations Manager in an International Voice Process setup.
