Position Details

• Job Title: Operational Manager

• Reports To: CEO

Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred or equivalent work experience in the travel industry).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations management, preferably in travel, hospitality, or service sectors.
• Proven leadership ability to manage teams and business processes.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Expertise in optimizing operational processes for increased efficiency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Sound knowledge of travel industry trends, customer service standards, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: MBA or relevant experience in the travel industry
• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year
• Essential Skill Sets:
• Team leadership
• Process optimization
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Industry knowledge
• Good to Have Skills:
• Familiarity with CRM or travel software
• Multilingual communication

Work & Compensation Details

• Working Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
• Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• CTC Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
