We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager with proven experience in the Staffing Industry to join our team at Coimbatore and Hosur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Business Development and client acquisition for contractual staffing
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Contractual Staffing, NAPS, and Learn & Earn programs
• Lead and manage high-volume recruitment for blue-collar roles
• Handle client coordination, address operational issues, and ensure timely support
• Supervise and mentor the recruitment team for effective talent delivery
• Ensure compliance and operational excellence across projects

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar role within the Staffing/Manpower industry
• Strong network and business acumen in the South India region
• Excellent team management, communication, and client-handling skills
• Knowledge of government apprenticeship programs like NAPS and Learn & Earn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
