Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Operations, located in the Mohali district. The Assistant Manager Operations will oversee day-to-day staffing operations, manage client relationships and industry partnerships, coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. The role also involves identifying operational improvements, contributing to strategic planning, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of staffing processes.
