Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    Assist in generating new business opportunities and prepare presentations for clients.
  • Client Servicing:

    Maintain and develop strategic relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and retain 99% of existing clients.
  • Innovation & Execution:

    Identify, innovate, and execute business ideas to enhance service delivery and improve client retention.
  • Resource Management:

    Source artists, venues, motivational speakers, team-building activities, themes, and games; maintain and update the event database.
  • Cross-Department Coordination:

    Collaborate with Business Development, Creative, and Operations teams pre-event, during, and post-event to ensure optimal planning, costing, and execution.
  • On-Site Supervision:

    Be present at events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.
  • Budget Oversight:

    Review costings from the Operations team and ensure adherence to budgets and financial guidelines.
