As an Operations Manager School Sports Operations & Curriculum Head at Shazam Sports, your role involves overseeing the smooth execution of school sports programs and ensuring customer service excellence. You will be responsible for daily visits to partner schools, engaging with school management, and aligning growth strategies with service excellence.
