Role Overview: As a member of the Dreamtime Learning team, you will play a crucial role in empowering excellence through seamless school operations. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily operations and administrative activities across all Dreamtime Learning-associated schools. You will work closely with school staff to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with policies, as well as manage logistics, procurement, and resource allocation effectively across schools. Additionally, you will travel to various school locations to assess operational needs and provide on-site support. Collaboration with academic and administrative teams to address operational challenges and preparing operational reports for senior management will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations and administrative activities across all Dreamtime Learning-associated schools. - Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes to ensure smooth school functioning. - Coordinate with school staff to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with policies. - Manage logistics, procurement, and resource allocation effectively across schools. - Travel to various school locations to assess operational needs and provide on-site support. - Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to address operational challenges. - Prepare operational reports and provide actionable insights to senior management. - Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory standards across all schools.
