Operations Manager

Should be a Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management with 10- 12 years of experience in hotel operations and at least 3 years as F&B Manager of a business / leisure hotel

Functions as the strategic business leader of property operations and acts as Resort Manager in his/her absence. Areas of responsibility include Food and Beverage, Front Office, Recreation, Housekeeping and Event Management, where applicable. Position works with department heads to develop and implement the operations strategy and ensuring implementation of service strategy and brand initiatives. The position ensuring operations and meet the hotel’s target customer needs, ensuring employee satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes financial performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
