Role & responsibilities Manage and direct daily activities of the Operations team- processing, ensure timelines, department goals and customer expectations are met Set performance goals for team to meet/exceed. Track and measure performance goals for the Operations team. Lead the governance calls with clients and internal stake holders to review process performance Ensure adherence of the company policies Lead the team to achieve the SLA targets for all processes Preferred candidate profile Basic Degree completion (15 years of education) Good written and oral communications skills in English 10 Yrs US Mortgage Experience and 5 years in Default Servicing/Loss Mitigation processing and Intake/Settlement
