Operations Manager Last Mile & Warehouse

As an experienced Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing last mile delivery and warehouse operations. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Global Operations Leadership: - Oversee last mile delivery operations in all Global cities to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries. - Focus on providing superior customer experience. - Warehouse Management: - Manage inventory planning and warehouse efficiency. - Ensure cost-effective operations compliant with safety and legal standards. - Last-Mile Delivery: - Design unit cost strategies and manage the last-mile cycle. - Maintain delivery SLA success ratios and manage 3PL relationships. - Fleet & Team Management: - Improve fleet management practices and optimize operational costs. - Mentor Delivery Centre Managers for effective team management. - Customer Experience & Collaboration: - Enhance customer experience and service quality. - Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Head Office for seamless operations. - Operational Excellence: - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for efficient operations. - Monitor production KPIs, perform quality controls, and drive profitability through strategic planning. - Leadership: - Recruit, train, and supervise staff. - Make key policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
