Role & responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Monitor global jewellery trends to align the business with evolving market needs. Drive innovation and maintain a customer-centric approach across all operations. Franchise Development Create scalable franchise models ensuring alignment with premium brand standards. Identify and onboard franchise partners, ensuring strong relationships and performance. Establish operational guidelines and support systems to drive franchise success. Market Expansion Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets. Oversee store launches, omni-channel strategies, and online business development. Evaluate market trends and refine strategies for sustained growth. Operational Excellence Optimize supply chain, inventory, and procurement processes. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the customer experience. Benchmark operations against leading industry practices to ensure excellence. Financial Oversight Develop budgets, financial plans, and performance forecasts. Lead cost optimization while maintaining product and service quality. Present financial performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders. Design and implement training programs for employees and franchise partners. Qualifications and Skills Experience Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in diamond and jewellery retail. Proven track record in franchise management, store launches, and scaling operations. Strong understanding of global luxury retail trends and customer behaviours. Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Key Skills Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
