You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company as the Manager of Operations at ZOLL. Your role will involve organizing and coordinating various operational activities to ensure the business is efficient and productive. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee operational departments such as Warehouse & Supply Chain, Tech Service, Regulatory Affairs, and IT - Collaborate with department managers to make decisions on operational activities and set strategic goals - Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback - Evaluate business procedures regularly and implement improvements to enhance efficiency - Manage procurement processes and allocate material and resources effectively - Optimize tech service activities to enhance processes, team efficiency, and profitability - Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to drive profitability - Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with regulations - Monitor overall performance by analyzing data and metrics - Implement lean management procedures to minimize stock holding and improve working capital - Identify cost-saving opportunities across the business - Stay updated on technological changes within the industry **Qualifications Required:** - Tertiary qualifications in business administration, preferably with an engineering background - Minimum 10 years of experience in a well-established multinational medical company, with experience in the medical equipment sector preferred - Proven experience as a Manager of Operations or in an equivalent position - Previous experience in the industry or a similar business **Additional Company Details:** ZOLL is a rapidly growing company operating in over 140 countries globally.
