Operations Manager ( HealthCare)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

 Lead and manage daily operational tasks including team performance, adherence to

SOPs, and delivery of services.

 Regularly review and enhance internal processes, documentation, invoicing

practices, reporting templates, and MIS to improve efficiency and accuracy.

 Champion continuous improvement through technology-driven automation and

clearly defined goals.

 Develop and strengthen organizational capability by hiring, training, and motivating

team members, fostering an environment of detail orientation, accountability, and

effective decision-making.

2. Vendor Ecosystem Development

 Establish and manage robust partnerships with healthcare and wellness vendors

(labs, hospitals, wellness providers).

 Coordinate actively with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness, high-quality services,

and consistent adherence to SLAs.

 Oversee vendor onboarding, contracts, negotiations, and performance evaluation to

ensure a dependable vendor ecosystem.

3. Client Engagement & Service Delivery

 Build a thorough understanding of NanoHealth’s products/services and their unique

value propositions.

 Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring seamless delivery of agreed services

(webinars, camps, diagnostic tests).

 Generate and share insightful MIS/reports, gather and act upon client feedback, and

identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

 Actively participate in client meetings to strengthen relationships and drive deeper

engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

 2–5 years of proven experience in healthcare or wellness operations, client

management, or vendor relations.

 Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a track record of successful

team leadership.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with a client-facing role.

 Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, displaying initiative and strategic

thinking.

 Passionate about making an impact in health, wellness, and preventive care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,716.19 - ₹35,000.00 per month
