We operate across yarn-to-fabric value chains delivering high-volume, quality-controlled fabric products for apparel, home textiles, and technical textile customers. This is an on-site plant leadership role based in India focused on driving reliable production, quality, and cost-efficiency.Role: Plant Operations Manager (Textile/Fabric Manufacturing) On-site, IndiaRole & Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end plant operations: plan, schedule, and deliver sustained daily production targets while maximising throughput and on-time shipment performance.
• Implement and drive Lean, Kaizen, and continuous-improvement initiatives to increase OEE, reduce waste, and shorten changeover times.
• Manage quality-control systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer specifications; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Oversee inventory, materials flow, and vendor coordination to optimise working capital and maintain line continuity.
• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional shop-floor teams (production, maintenance, QC, and stores) to achieve safety, productivity, and morale goals.
• Control operational costs through productivity programs, equipment reliability improvements, and pragmatic CAPEX/OPEX prioritisation.
