Location: Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years in the exhibition stand building industry (mandatory) Travel: Pan India – Travel allowances included Joining: Immediate About the Company Illuminati India is one of India’s leading names in modular fabric and frame systems for exhibitions, events, and retail spaces. We focus on quick, high-quality execution of temporary brand installations for some of the most recognized brands globally. Role Overview We are looking for someone with experience in exhibition stand operations , preferably with a stand contractor or design agency. You’ll lead backend operations including logistics, material movement, crew coordination, and on-site execution for custom and modular stands. Key Responsibilities Execute operations for exhibition stands and branded installations across India Coordinate logistics, dispatch, and timelines for modular frame systems Handle vendor teams, on-ground crews, and production planning Manage warehouse operations (frame/fabric stock) Supervise installation teams and ensure QC standards on-site Maintain job sheets and internal reporting Ensure project safety and compliance Requirements 1–2 years experience in exhibition stand projects (preferred: Auto Expo, Indiawood, CPHI, etc.) Strong knowledge of booth setup logistics and vendor coordination Familiarity with modular frame and fabric systems is a strong plus MS Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and scheduling tools Must be willing to travel for installations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Tell me about an exhibition where you managed the full operations from planning to installation.
