Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Aimlay Pvt Ltd. Located in Rohini, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of educational programs, and managing a team of staff. Responsibilities include strategic planning, process optimization, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating with educational partners, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The Operations Manager will also handle problem-solving, resource management, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a university relations strategy aligned with the company’s workforce planning and early talent goals.
• Experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership
• Skills in project management, strategic planning, and decision making
• Strategic communication, cross-functional collaboration
• Exposure to university relationship management (UG/PG/PhD/DBA programs)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, faculty, career services, and student organizations.
