Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager (DDU-GKY) located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the DDU-GKY program, ensuring smooth implementation, managing staff, and coordinating with government agencies and training partners. Qualifications Experience in project management and operations e-SOP Certified within DDU-GKY Scheme Guidelines Strong understanding and knowledge of Skill Development Ecosystem Knowledge of government programs and regulations Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Experience in the vocational education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Number of Vacancies: 6 (3-M, 3-F) Salary Offered: INR 40,000 per Month (Consolidated) Show more Show less
