Qualifications

Bachelors degree in B.E/Diploma, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or logistics coordination, preferably within the crane industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local transport regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with online payment portals for state road taxes.
Familiarity with crane operations and maintenance procedures.
Understanding of safety compliance standards in the construction or crane services industry.
