Operations Executive|Pune Logitech Services at Hinjewadi Pune 1 - 6 years INR 1.5 - 2.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities 1. Waybill Management : Generate and verify waybills for crane equipment transportation, ensuring accurate documentation for all deliveries and pickups. 2. Delivery Challan Preparation : Prepare and process delivery challans for equipment dispatched to clients, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with company policies. 3. State Road Tax Online Payments : Manage and process online payments for state road taxes related to crane operations, ensuring timely compliance with regional transport regulations. 4. Site Coordination : Liaise with clients and site supervisors to schedule crane operations, ensuring timely arrival and setup of equipment at various job sites. 5. Invoice Preparation : Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients for payment processing. 6. Maintenance Supervision & Coordination : Oversee routine maintenance schedules for crane equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is operational and compliant with safety standards. 7. Operational Appointments & Coordination : Schedule and coordinate appointments for crane operations, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to project timelines. 8. Client Safety Compliance & HR Support : Assist in ensuring that all crane operations adhere to client safety protocols and HR compliance requirements, including documentation and reporting. 9. Site Advances & Expense Data Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of site advances and expenses, ensuring proper documentation and reporting for financial transparency. Qualifications Bachelors degree in B.E/Diploma, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or logistics coordination, preferably within the crane industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of local transport regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Preferred candidate profile Experience with online payment portals for state road taxes. Familiarity with crane operations and maintenance procedures. Understanding of safety compliance standards in the construction or crane services industry.
