About the Role

Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

A.) Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and improve

    Teacher Attendance Rate

    and

    Student Attendance Rate

    to ensure consistent learning delivery.
  • Monitor

    Churn Rate

    and design proactive interventions to retain students.
  • Measure and enhance

    Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)

    and

    Net Promoter Score (NPS)

    .

B.) Operations Management

  • Ensure timely

    Report & Certification Dispatch

    with zero errors.
  • Manage

    Teacher Change Turnaround

    efficiently to minimize disruptions in learning.
  • Optimize

    Issue Resolution Time

    , ensuring quick response and closure of operational or customer issues.

C.) Feedback and Continous Improvment

  • Build and oversee

    Feedback Collection Coverage

    across students, teachers, and parents.
  • Analyze operational data to identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Academic, Product, Sales, Customer Success) to drive excellence in processes.

D.) Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise and support the operations team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Implement SOPs, compliance checks, and best practices across all operational workflows.
  • Act as a bridge between management, teachers, and students to ensure smooth coordination.

Qualifications & Requirenments

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in operations, preferably in

    edtech, education, or service-oriented industries

    .
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LMS platforms, and reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
