**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the Operations Lead at Deutsche Bank, you will be an integral part of the TSCO Branch Operations team in Mumbai, India. Your role involves collaborating with key stakeholders such as Business, Finance, Compliance, and Technology to ensure the efficient processing of daily pre- and post-settlement activities related to Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), and Derivative Transactions. Your primary responsibilities include timely matching of trade confirmations, executing trade settlements, managing cash transfers, and reconciling ledgers. You are expected to uphold a controlled operational environment, meet key performance indicators, and ensure all deliverables adhere to standards. Effective management of resources is crucial to mitigate operational risk and fulfill business requirements promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding market-driven flows, adapting to evolving client needs, and guiding the team for successful delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of RBI, FIMMDA, FBIL, FEDAI, CCIL, and SEBI regulations related to FX, MM, and Derivative operations. - Conduct risk and control self-assessments to strengthen the control environment and enhance governance. - Review and update critical Key Operating Documents, SOPs, and treasury operation flows to align with regulatory standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement automation initiatives and drive improvements in Straight Through Processing. - Lead regulatory audit readiness and support remediation for various audit requirements. - Possess a comprehensive understanding of the trade life cycle and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance. - Mentor team members to promote compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a recognized university. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in FX, MM, and Derivative Operations. - Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and problem-solving abilities. - Customer-focused approach and reliability under pressure. **About the Company:** Deutsche Bank is committed to creating a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment where employees are empowered to excel together every day.
