You will provide a first-class experience to customers and employees from onboarding to offboarding. Additionally, you will contribute to country expansion by establishing processes with in-country processors in new locations. Your role will involve identifying opportunities to improve processes, including administration, proposing solutions to enhance programs, and executing on these proposals. Furthermore, you will support the implementation team in the onboarding of clients and provide expert knowledge to enable them to respond to client inquiries effectively.
