Role Description We are looking for a full-time Operations Intern to join our Bengaluru corporate office. This position offers hands-on exposure to Operations Management , Project Execution , Sales Coordination , and Internal Communication . This is a non-IT internship , though some tasks may involve basic IT tools and processes. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day operations and assist senior team members Help manage projects and ensure timelines are met Coordinate with internal teams for sales and service updates Handle basic data entry and documentation in Excel Assist in internal communication across departments Learn and support organizational processes end-to-end' Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Basic understanding of Operations & Project Management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field Prior internship or experience is a plus , but not mandatory Internship Benefits While this is usually an unpaid internship , compensation may be considered based on the candidate's performance and capabilities .
