Operations Intern (SOP and Process Documentation)

• SOP Creation & Documentation
• Work closely with various teams to understand internal processes.
• Draft clear, structured, and easy-to-follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Update and refine existing SOPs based on feedback and process changes.
• Process Mapping & Analysis
• Observe and map end-to-end workflows for different functions.
• Identify inefficiencies or gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements.
• Create flowcharts, checklists, and process templates as needed.
• Operational Support
• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks and coordination across departments.
• Support internal audits or compliance-related documentation.
• Maintain organised records of SOPs, version histories, and process documents.
• Research & Benchmarking
• Conduct research on best practices in operations and process management.
• Benchmark internal processes against industry standards and provide insights.
  

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Basic understanding of process flows and operational frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
