About the Role

Operations Internship

What You’ll Do

• Support coordination of projects involving

  Asia- and Europe-based teams

• Maintain and update

  project trackers, shared documents, and internal tools

• Assist with task follow-ups, timelines, and cross-team alignment
• Support internal communication across time zones
• Perform quality checks on operational documentation and updates
• Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or delays and flag them early
• Help ensure operational processes are followed consistently

Who We’re Looking For

• Highly

  detail-oriented, reliable, and organized

• Comfortable working on

  structured and process-based tasks

• Clear and professional

  communication skills in English

• Curious about how

  global teams and digital agencies

  operate
• Basic familiarity with

  Google Workspace or similar tools

  is a plus
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and proactive
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
