Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in operational tasks, process coordination, and workflow optimization.
• Handle data entry, documentation, and report generation.
• Coordinate with teams for smooth business execution.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Manage inventory, vendors, and logistics (if applicable).
• Maintain records and databases.
• Conduct research and support problem-solving.
• Perform cold calling as required.

Requirements:

• Pursuing/completed a degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Prior internship or project experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to do cold calling.
