Operations Intern

As an Operations Intern at Brandtech+, you will support day-to-day operations by managing stakeholder interactions, coordinating reports, overseeing project systems, ensuring data accuracy, handling JIRA ServiceDesk tasks, and contributing to ongoing and new projects. Key Responsibilities: - Support global operations by managing day-to-day activities. - Manage stakeholders, address queries, and coordinate reporting needs. - Execute and track contracts for reporting purposes. - Learn and manage in-house ERP and project systems. - Ensure data accuracy and upkeep in various systems. - Work with JIRA ServiceDesk for day-to-day operations. - Actively participate in ongoing projects and manage new turnkey projects with the team. Qualifications Required: - Strong skills and understanding of JIRA. - General knowledge of systems and operations. - Solution-driven mindset and problem-solving skills. - Logical mindset with enthusiasm to learn and implement on the job.
