Operations Intern

As an intern for the next 3 months with a monthly stipend of 20,000, your role will involve various key responsibilities: - Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) Retool by uploading content and ensuring smooth deployment. - Serve as a bridge between learners and educators to address issues and ensure a seamless learning experience. - Coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure smooth running of all activities. - Assist the team with content-related tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring content accuracy before publishing. - Maintain and manage internal documentation and spreadsheets, primarily using Google Sheets for task tracking and data management. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders for operational efficiency. - Be open to continuous learning and adapting to new tasks to contribute to operational improvements. To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Possess a strong command of English, both written and verbal. - Have proficiency in Google Sheets and other basic Google Workspace tools. - Demonstrate a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Exhibit good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. - Display strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
